EVENT DESIGN PROPOSAL
Two package options for your event’s digital promotion:
OPTION 1 — ESSENTIAL PACKAGE 
• 1 original main event flyer.
• Cover adaptations for up to 2 event or ticketing platforms.
• Static versions for Instagram feed and Stories.
• 1 animated version of the main flyer, up to 30 seconds, adapted for feed and Stories/Reels.

OPTION 2 — FULL PACKAGE 
Everything included in the Essential Package, plus:
• Individual static DJ announcement posts, following the event’s visual identity. Number of DJs to be confirmed before the project begins.

TERMS FOR BOTH PACKAGES
Visual direction: All adaptations follow the approved main flyer design. Animation includes simple motion effects applied to its text and graphic elements.
Revisions: 1 round of consolidated adjustments included. Additional revisions or new design requests will be quoted separately.
Final files: JPG/PNG for static artwork and MP4 for animation.
Payment: 50% upfront and 50% before final file delivery.
Timeline: To be agreed upon before the project begins, once all event details and required assets have been provided.
